PGS Vedanta
We partnered with PGS Vedanta to refresh their brand from the ground up, starting with the fundamentals. Together, we clarified their vision, mission, purpose, and value system - shaping a brand that blends warmth with refinement, and leadership with care. We also defined ideal customer profiles and mapped the customer journey across every stage of the stay, ensuring that each interaction delivers consistency and comfort. This strategic alignment became the foundation for all creative and communication decisions that followed.

With the strategy in place, we refined the visual identity by thoughtfully evolving the existing logo rather than reinventing it. Our goal was to strengthen recognition while making the identity more adaptable for the many touchpoints of a modern hotel - from signage and stationery to digital platforms, uniforms, and room amenities. We introduced clearer logo variants, improved structural balance, and established usage rules that protect the integrity of the mark across all scales and environments.
To support seamless production across print and digital, we also enhanced the colour system. The updated palette was carefully adjusted to reproduce faithfully in Pantone, CMYK, and RGB, allowing the brand’s signature tones to remain consistent across signage, collateral, packaging, and online materials.
Through this combined strategic and visual transformation, we helped PGS Vedanta present itself with greater clarity, elegance, and professionalism - bringing their guest-first philosophy to life through a brand identity that is both elevated and deeply welcoming.
