Cocoapods

F&B

The Challenge

Cocoapods has a product range spanning raw honey, chocolate-coated fox nuts, and Nilgiri teas. The challenge was to make very different products feel like part of one brand without forcing them into the same visual expression.

The Insight

Consistency does not mean making every product look identical. Each category needed enough freedom to communicate its own character, while a shared design language would make the portfolio recognisable as a whole.

The Strategic Decision

We created a flexible packaging system where colour, illustration, and visual emphasis could change by category while typography, hierarchy, composition, and whitespace maintained the connection.

The Identity

Honey and fox nuts use richer ingredient-inspired colours and uncluttered layouts to communicate quality and authenticity. The tea range takes a more delicate approach through accent colours and subtle botanical illustrations.

The Implementation

The system was applied across the full portfolio, allowing each category to develop its own visual personality while retaining the same underlying typographic and compositional framework. Ingredient-inspired colour, botanical illustration, whitespace, and hierarchy create variation without breaking the relationship between products.

The Outcome

Cocoapods has a packaging system that can accommodate variety without losing recognition, giving each product room to speak while keeping the portfolio connected. As the range grows, the system provides a clear foundation for introducing new products without starting the visual language over again.
